How do I pay?
There are payment methods using Apple Pay, Credit/Debit Card, and LINK on our registration/enrollment page.
How does the free lesson/trial work?
We allow you to have a trial lesson before you commit to any program or subscription. No payment information is needed to take the trial lesson. Simply request one, and we will match you with an instructor. If you decide that we are not the right fit for you, we won’t charge! If you do decide to purchase a program, that trial lesson will be included in the program you are billed for.
How does pausing my membership work?
Perhaps you are going out of town for a while, or maybe the weather is starting to get cold; You can pause your membership anytime! Any unfulfilled lessons will still be available to claim and fulfill for no longer than 1 year after the date of pausing. Simply request for continuation of your subscription through text/email to be able to claim remaining lessons and/or continue your membership. After 1 year of a paused membership, your subscription will automatically end with no compensation/refund for any unclaimed lessons.
What if I cancel my membership with remaining lessons unclaimed?
If you decide to cancel your membership with unclaimed lessons, we will offer a partial refund for each unclaimed lesson. The amount refunded depends on the program you were subscribed to. We recommend fulfilling all unclaimed lessons before canceling to get the most value from our services.
What if I am unable to reschedule a lesson within the month?
You can simply continue to schedule a make-up lesson in the following month. As long as you are a subscribed member, you are able to have makeup lessons for any missed classes at any time. For example, if you registered for our Noble program, which is 8 lessons each month, and was only able to attend 7 lessons before the month ended, you can have a makeup lesson in the following month, as long as you are still a subscribed member. If you decide to cancel or pause your membership with an unclaimed lesson, that will demand a different policy that can be observed on this page.
What is the Teacher to Student ratio?
We are a private swim instructing agency, which means that your lessons will be 1-on-1 with the instructor.
What if I can’t attend a lesson?
You will have free contact with your personal instructor through text messaging. If you cannot attend a lesson on a scheduled day, you and your instructor can simply communicate and reschedule for a different day of that week. If you’re completely unable to reschedule a certain lesson throughout that week, you and your instructor can schedule a “make-up” lesson in the following weeks.
What if my instructor can’t attend a lesson?
You will have free contact with your personal instructor through text messaging. If your instructor cannot attend a lesson on a scheduled day, your instructor will simply communicate and attempt to reschedule for a different day. Your instructor holds the right to call for a substitute instructor to fulfill lessons if they are available for an extended period of time.
How can I track my child’s progress?
After each lesson, the instructor will discuss what was done in the lesson and how your child is progressing. Any other questions you might have can be asked during that time as well.
I don’t know how to swim whatsoever. Is that okay?
Of course! We accept students of all skill levels. If you are simply looking to become more comfortable in the water, our instructors are more than prepared to help you achieve that. Communicate with your instructor exactly what you want to achieve, and he or she will be glad to tailor their lessons towards that goal.
I want an instructor with a CPR certification.
If you have any specific requests of the instructor you’d like to have, simply leave that request in the “Tell us your goal” form in the Registration page, and we will do our best to accommodate. We have a few coaches with CPR certifications, and if requested, we will do our best to link you with one that is certified. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.
When can I sign up?
Anytime! You will receive your amounted lesson package and are free to schedule those lessons at any availability that works for you and your instructor.
